Step 1: Go to the JCPenny Associate Kiosk homepage. The URL for the page is “http://www.jcpassociates.com”.
Step 2: Click on the “Associate Kiosk @ Home” from the available options.
Step 3: A new tab opens automatically asking for your login credentials.
Step 4: Add your User Name and Password in the space given.
Step 5: Click on the “Login” button.
Remember you cannot resign from JCPenny Kiosk but there are other activities that can be done quickly. The login benefits are explained in the below section.

How To Retrieve Password Or User ID
If you have lost the password for your JCP Associate account or want to change it for safety reasons below are the steps.
Step 1: Follow up to step 2 explained in the above kiosk login section.
Step 2: On the login page click on the link saying “I want to change my password…” placed left of the section provided to add your login credentials.
Step 3: On the next page enter your 9-digit Employee ID and click on the “Search” button to verify yourself (call on 1.800.879.1111 in case you forgot employee ID).
Step 4: Answer all the security questions correctly and click on the “check answer” tab.
Step 5: Check the “I Agree” box and click on the “Continue” button.
Step 6: Now create a new password following all the instructions there and click on the “Change Password”.
JCP Former Associates Kiosk Login
Step 1: Visit the homepage of JCPenny Associates. We have already provided the URL in the above section.
Step 2: Scroll the page to its bottom.
Step 3: Click on the “Former Associate Kiosk”.
Step 4: Read all the instructions here and click on the “Click here” link placed at the last of the page highlighted in blue.
Step 5: A new tab automatically opens. Go to that tab.
Step 6: Add your User ID and Password.
Step 7: Select the preferred language from the drop-down menu.
Step 8: Click on the “Sign In” button.
Once logged in you can request a copy of the paystub, or view/print a copy of w2.
