Con-way employee portal login portal is a gateway to access the workaday account. After sign in, employees can also download the softcopy of w2 and view their payroll.
XPO acquired the Con-way Inc back in 2015. So all the services including the employee login are now provided by the XPO Logistics.
XPO Logistics Employee Login
Step 1: Visit the XPO employee login portal using the “https://employee.con-way.com/” web address.
Step 2: Add your employee ID and Portal password in the boxes provided.
Step 3: Click on the “Login” button.
The login page also provides a link to reset your password. In case you want to recover it, use the link saying “Forgot Password?”. Remember to logout from your account after performing the desired actions.

XPO Logistics Track
To track the current status of the cargo using the steps given below.
Step 1: Add “https://www.con-way.com/” into the address bar and hit enter.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the XPO Logistics tracking page.
Step 3: Enter the PRO Number in the box.
Step 4: Click on the “Go” button.
The XPO web page also gives options to Get rate quote, create pick up requests, and create a bill of landing.
XPO Career Page
Step 1: Visit the Career page the XPO Logistics. The web address for the page is “https://www.xpo.com/work-with-us/”.
Step 2: Find and click on the link saying “Join the Team” and again hit the “Now Hiring” button.
Step 3: Use the search box to find the current opening in your area as per your skills.
You can also stay updated with the future opportunities in the companies using the “Sign Up Now” option available on the page.
