Comdata is basically a payment processor founded by Curtiss W. Harter in 1969. Earlier Comdata was under Ceridian but Fleetcor acquired it in Dec 2014 in a $3.45 billion deal. Currently, Comdata’s headquarter is in Brentwood, Tennessee U.S. it serves almost every major American industry including hospitality, government, healthcare, education, etc.
Some people mistook it as a credit card but Comdata MasterCard is payroll card i.e. a prepaid card. It is issued to the employee by Comdata on behalf of the employer. For those who think “are Comdata reloadable” the answer is only your company/employer can load money to your Comdata card.

Comdata Payroll Card Login Process
Steps 1: Open Comdata webpage by clicking here Comdata Payment Innovation | Integrated Financial Solutions.
Step 2: Find and click on the login tab placed on the top right side of the portal.
Step 3: A pop-up login widget thus appears. Enter your Username and click on the Login tab right next to space.
Ste 4: Page will redirect you to the Comdata’s iConnectData portal. Provide the password and click on continue. Once the page verifies login credentials you will be granted access to your account.
ComData Card Use And Activation
After you receive your Comdata MasterCard in the mail, activate it by calling on 1-888-265-8228. You will be prompted to set the ATM pin after activating the card.
ComData card Registration Process
Step 1: For registering yourself first go to www.cardholder.comdata.com or simply click here Comdata Cardholder Services – Login to open the page.
Step 2: To register as a new user you can either click on the “Card Holder Register Here” button on the left side of the page or by clicking on the “Are You A New User” button below the “Login” button.
Step 3: Opting for any of the two options will work the same and will redirect you to the registration form.
Step 4: Now for account activation first provide a 16-digit card number of the temporary card provided by the employer and add your SSN in the 9-digit activation code.
Step 5: On the next page provide your detail and create a username and password.
Step 6: Follow through and complete the registration.
ComData Card Direct Deposit
Comdata Direct Deposit can take a couple of hours or can take up to a day depending upon the way chosen by your employer to transfer funds.
Through “Set up direct deposit” you can transfer money to your bank account from your Comdata account. However to verify the information Comdata and the bank will take 10 business days. Below are the steps involved in the Direct Deposit Set-Up process.
Step 1: Log in to the cardholder’s website by clicking here Comdata Cardholder Services – Login.
Step 2: Add your login credential and click on the “Login” button.
Step 3: After accessing your account hover on the “Banking” option and click on “Direct Deposit”.
Step 4: Here you have an option to fix an amount which you like to leave in the card.
Step 5: Now you can initiate Direct deposit by choosing automatic or manual options.
Step 6: Select the account (Checking, credit, Default, Saving, or Universal) within the Banking Information.
Step 7: Add your bank’s routing number, account number, and re-verify account number.
Step 8: This step is only for those opting for the automatic option (for those opted manual route go to step 9). In the election per load, field choose a field amount or percentage by clicking down the arrow to the right of the election type. Then click the arrow placed right next to the “Fixed amount” to retrieve the percentage amount option percentage.
Step 9: Click the submit button. For both automatic and manual direct deposit options you will receive a “Direct deposit setup-Manage bank account listing” screen with “Your request was successful” message.
