How To Recover A Forgotten Username And Password
Step 1: Follow up to step 4 provided in the above login section.
Step 2: Click on the “Forgot User ID?” link placed on the screen. To reset your password jump to step 6.
Step 3: Again click Continue.
Step 4: Provide all the details including SSN/SIN asked by the page and click on the “Continue” tab.
Step 5: Complete the remaining process by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 6: After step 1 provides your user ID to the page and hit continue.
Step 7: Click on the “Forgot your Password?” link and click continue.
Step 8: Provide the details required for the verification and continue.
Step 9 Follow the prompts after the verification process completes.

Step 2: Choose the “First Time User? Click here…” option available on the screen.
Step 3: Add your name, SSN, and Date of birth as asked by the page.
Step 4: Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 5: Create a username and password by following the prompts.
