The American Eagle (AE) credit card issued by Synchrony Bank is a store credit card that is specially designed for American Eagle loyal shoppers and patrons. American Eagle Credit Card login is necessary to activate your AE credit card. The AE credit card offers a revolving line of credit which can be used exclusively at any American Eagle Stores, Aerie retail stores, and the company’s website. 

As an American Eagle Credit Cardholder, you will be entitled to many perks and privileges in AE stores and its affiliates. This includes a 20% discount on first purchase, 10% discount for all purchases, free standard shipping, earning of points which can be converted into a cash rewards, birthday discounts among others and access to special cardholder savings events, among others

How to apply for the American Eagle Credit Card?

To apply, you can go to any physical store of American Eagle to secure, fill up, and submit an application form.

However, a faster and more convenient way to apply for an American Eagle credit card is online.  

Note however that you should be at least 21 years of age.

• Visit American Eagle website 
• You have 2 options to apply.
• You can provide you Social Security number and phone number in the space provided on the page and AE will prefill some information (e.g. name, address, contact) in the online application form.
• You can also fill up on the online application form by yourself by clicking the “I don’t have a phone number” button.
• On the next page, fill up the online application form by providing your name, address, email, and SS Number, and annual net income.
• Click the “Continue” button.
• Click I agree to the “Terms and Conditions” and click ok.   

Synchrony Bank will review your application and you will be notified by phone or email if your application has been approved or rejected.

American Eagle Credit card Login

Logging in to your AE credit card allows you to improve your AE experience.  

It allows you to manage your account, activate your card, sign up for paperless statements, check your credit balance, conveniently make an online payment, and add authorized users/ extensions of your credit card.

• To log in to your AE Credit card, visit the American Eagle Website
• Click the blue “Sign-in” button 
• In the “log in” page, enter your User ID and password in space/ box provided.
• Note that your User ID is case-sensitive 
• Click or check the “remember user ID” box.
• Click the “secure login” button

Once you log in, you can go the page that shows credit card statement and make the payment, you will need to provide your bank’s account number and routing number.

How to activate AE card by signing up for Online customer account 

For first time users, you need to create or register your credit card online for activation.

• You can do this online by going to the American Eagle card login portal on the American Eagle website.
• Click “Register” Button
• At the “Register” page, enter your card number and billing zip code at the space provided.
• Your card number is found on your credit card or statement. 
• Click the “Continue” button.
• In the next page, fill-up the form and nominate your username and password

How to retrieve lost username ID/ password?

• Browse to American Eagle credit card login page on the American Eagle website
• Click “find user ID” located below the “Secure Login” button.
• At the Find user ID page, enter the card number of the primary account holder information.
• The card number can be found on your credit card or statement
• Enter your zip code on the designated box
• Click the “Find user ID” button.

How to change/reset the American Eagle Credit Card login password?

• Visit the AE card login on the American Eagle website
• Click “Reset Password” located below the “Secure Login” button.
• At the Reset Password page, enter the User ID of the primary account holder n.
• You user ID is Case-sensitive 
• Enter your zip code on the designated box
• Click “Continue”
• On the next page, you will be prompted to enter your old password and your new password.
• Click ok to confirm.
