Step 3: Add your username, password, authenticate the provider.
Step 4: Again click on the login button.
How To Recover A Forgotten Password
Step 1: Follow up to step 2 explained in the above login section.
Step 2: Click on the “Forgot your password?” link available on the page.
Step 3: Add the username in the given box.
Step 4: Click on the “Proceed with password reset” tab.
Step 5: Follow the prompts to reset the password.
Allscripts Training Login
Step 1: Use the “https://training.extendedcare.com/professional/home/logon.aspx” URL to visit the login portal.
Step 2: Add all the asked details to the page.
Step 3: Hit Log In to complete the verification process.
Allscripts Central Login
Step 1: Copy and paste the “https://ceplive.allscripts.com/adfs/ls” URL in the address bar. Then hit enter.
Step 2: Provide your username and password to the page.
Step 3: If you are using a private system for login, check the “Remember my username” box. This step is not compulsory and must be skipped by those using a shared computer.
